I went to the Stone Oak location. Very rude receptionist who sits there reading books and magazines. Lets you talk on the phone to get medical information then loudly embarasses you when you didn't see the signs on the far wall about no cell phone use. If you keep me waiting forever at least let me take care of stuff on my cell phone. It is no louder than regular talking. I saw Dr. Chapalli and he spent so little time with me, no opportunity for a single question that it broke the record for the least amount of time I've seen a doctor (and that includes my kids visits!)

This group is excellent! Personal history with Baum, Bucay, & Roman. They are personable, skilled and give you the time you need to feel comfortable with your treatment.
