This was the worst experience in my life. I only went there because they were the only salon open late for a pedicure. I totally agree with the previous review. It was obvious that they were just going through the motions and acting like they knew what they were doing. I had to get the man to fix his work that was obviously missed on a few occasions. The man that did my daughter's eyebrows obviously had never done it before. I wanted to storm out of there so bad but reluctantly paid like a good customer. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Half a star might be better since I paid so much to have to go home and file my nails into a tolerable shape. Some nails were extremely thick and lumpy looking, and they were all diferent lengths. The general shape was of very wide diamonds. I think language was a major barrier, but the work was inexcusably bad! This was my first professional manicure, and if I hadn't discovered Natural Nails it might have been my last!
