I would like to thank Austin from Regal Plastics and his installer (Santiago) for installing my Hercules Pergola cover. Originally another crew installed the pergola cover and did a horrible job. Austin stood behind his product and hired Santiago’s crew to tear the old pergola cover off and install a new pergola cover. I’m entirely pleased with the product and wanted to give a shoutout to Regal Plastics for standing beyond their product and taking care of the customer. Again, I can't thank you both enough. Job well done!

We have purchased materials and supplies for our banners and signs from Regal for nearly 10 years. They have always been very helpful, often going as far as suggesting new materials or giving some great advice for application techniques. These are professional people who take pride in their work and have a ton of knowledge about their products. I don't know what experience other people have had in the past, but they have always been very helpful and professional with us. Ask for Mark or Joe!

This is one of the most sloppiest and unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with in the San Antonio area. They lie through their teeth screw up your order and refused to refund your money. Pete and Mark are the people I dealt with, disgrace to any company name....
