We were a little disappointed. We had a large cooler with wheels, that would have been too big for a box, missing. Upon looking at our invoices, no such cooler was ever noted. (When moving with a large amount of stuff like us, it is hard to keep track) Never noticed it wasn't on the invoice until our stuff was delivered and we needed it. Instead of taping our hardware to our furniture, desk, dining set, ect.., it was packed in a box that was never found. Had to buy all new hardware. The final thing that made me very uncomfortable is when they delivered our last freight (the next day because they misplaced it), I could not help but feel like our house was being scoped out by two of the delivery guys. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend them. This was a military move and this was the company selected.
