Treated very poorly. Just came in to get more information and was treated as if I was a bother. The woman in the back office was incredibly impatient not only with what seemed to be the other customers but along with her coworkers as well. Very unprofessional and definitely wouldn't be returning.

They ARE the BEST. I've been with this office for 22 years and have had claims involving auto, roofing, and plumbing leaks. For each incident they were quick to respond and very helpful in explaining options. I credit them for fair and quick resolution and I highly recommend them.

I have been insured with Roger for over 15 years, he and his staff have always bent over backwards for myself and my family to make sure we are taken care of. They are friendly and exceptional people, we have come to think of them as family. We would highly recommend them.

Horrible service. It was like pulling teeth to get the office staff to do anything for our accounts. Of course we never even met our agent- no clue as to who he was. I'm sure you can find much better insurance agents in SA.
