I’ve used Rosenberg for the past 11 years, ever since this house was built. Always quick, courteous and efficient. I once had an HVAC issue three days before deployment. Rosenberg was out the next day and resolved it. Highly recommend Rosenberg! I won’t trust anyone else.

Integrity, Honesty, Professional. These are the hallmarks of Rosenberg Indoor Comfort. Derrick R and JD arrived on time, and completed the Spring Tune/up for my Heat pump unit. They were both professional, and reviewed everything that was done. I am completely satisfied with their work, and confident that my home unit will function at efficient capacity during the hot upcoming months. Have used this company now for over 3 years, and highly recommend them for your AC/Heating and Repairs. Great Dan Antonio company.

Derrick diagnosed the problem, explained the mechanics and options in terms that I could understand. Joe I discussed the options and gave me estimates and advice. Ramon and Matthew hit the floor running and worked tirelessly and skillfully in a sweltering attic.

Bad experience!We have been on contract for semiannual maintenance with Rosenbergfor several years and used them for about 8 years.Heater would come on, run a couple of minutes and then shut off. Immediately it would come on again and then run until temperature was reached and then shut off until the house cooled again. Jesus Gloria came and cleaned the thermocouple, made a couple of adjustments billed me $139.00.At 2:00 A.M. I awoke cold to the bone. The thermostat set at 74 degrees, and the temperature was 69 degrees!It is no fun spending the night cold in a home you try to maintain. We are in our mid 70's and feel ripped off. At least the heater worked until they "fixed it". Bad experience Michael! What are you going to do to overcome this poor service?

The technician was on time and very professional. The work was done in a reasonable time frame. Nothing "fake" was pushed. Very honest.

Based on recent experience with Rosenberg Indoor Comfort, I highly recommend them for service and repairs-- you will be totally satisfied. Rosenberg's staff and management are really great people--very professional, kind, dedicated, and honest with customers. They do great work and will do whatever it takes to make things right. Andrew (Service Pro) and his assistant worked so hard during continuous rain to repair our AC unit; neither one complained or stopped working until the job was fully completed to our satisfaction. Mike (Manager) is a good man and made sure our situation was done with the highest level of integrity and attention at a competitive price. The dispatchers are excellent and professional as well. The bottom line is that I think Rosenberg deserves serious consideration if service or repairs are needed on your AC unit. Try them!!!

f you want a professional repair, call these folks! Trey came out this morning, and in less than an hour he had our broken system up and running like new. The price was reasonable, and the service call fee went down to $29 because Rosenberg made the repair as well. Trey was courteous, listened to the problem, went right to work, quickly located the issue and made an effective repair. We will call Rosenberg for all our HVAC needs.

Jose was very professional and personable. He took pictures of the problem and explained evrything and was o.k. with having to wait for our landlord to arrive. He said the a.c. was off because of a tripped wire basically and I think a lot of contractors would have made it out to be more for more $ so his honesty was appreciated. I hope if our a.c. has problems in the future that the landlord uses these guys again!

Rosenberg Indoor Comfort is always dependable and they do excellent service. Our technician Robert D. was running a little late, but called to notify us that he would be late and apologized. The service was excellent. Valerie set up the appointment and was very courteous and helpful and fit us in with one day's notice. I highly recommend Rosenberg Indoor Comfort.

Valerie has great customer/admin follow up and professional demeanor. Our tech Josh D. Is awesome! Professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough! He is a great salesman, not pushy, made recommendations for you to think about and follow thru if wanted to. We will take the awesome warranty offered. This is a decent company with a tech who really cares, at least with our first time experience with Rosenberg.

Joe, Jason and team were excellent. Joe spent extra time on his estimate to make sure the job was done right since short cuts had been taken the last time a unit had been replaced some 15 years ago. Jason made sure everything was installed according to specs/code and went above and beyond insulating the attic and installing the compressor and blower of my new unit. Overall a great job. I have used Rosenberg Indoor Comfort for over 10 years. They maintain my heat/air systems and respond to any issues/concern. This visit, Mr. Mathis asked for pruning shears to cut down the plant growth that had sprung up during the rains we've had. That is going above and beyond to get the job done.
