All these people don't know how to communicate right, they want to be giving attitude , when you don't understand and issue. Why run a business if you can't keep a good attitude? Work on your customer service please ... I would never come here again.

People are helpful. Store is clean. No bugs in feed. However, location make terrible parking situation. Better to park at car wash.

They have everything here! The best thing about this place is they are knowledgable about what they sell. I hate when I go to Petsmart or other animal stores and i have questions but not all there employees know what im asking about. I've been going to Rudy's for years and always will just because they are all so nice, have what i need and like i said they just know what they are talking about. Thanks Rudy!!
