I was there last month to find out why my Fan clutch wasnt dis engaging.I spent two and a half days there.When they finally got it in the shop they replaced the fan temp sensor.Guess what here it is one moth to the day and its out agine.They charged me &650 dollars to change a sensor out that I have changed before in the drive way in 5 minutes.They spent more time trying to convice me to change the ecm program than fixing the damn part.Stay away from rush peterbuilt they are a bunch of crooks.A bunch of inbread mexican all they are.I have to give them a star just to post but I am really giving them --10 star rating.

worst shop ever!!!!!!!!!!! spent $28,000 having engine rebuilt and new injectors not only did they take 34 days to do the work, they never answered my calls when I wanted to check and see when my truck would be ready and never returned my calls. every week thought my truck would be done they had an excuse of why it wasn't. then called head quarters and they too had excuses. finally after 34days I get my truck the engine is rocking back and forth and they say oh it just needs to balance out and bumps up my idle. I drive it 2000 miles and break down in las vegas and put it in the peterbilt there and thank god its not rush the mechanics there than inform me it should have never rocked back and forth which I knew but I just wanted it away rom rush they then laugh and say it should have taken 10 days tops for a rebuild and that they get complaints from drivers all the time about rush peterbilt. turns out the engine rebuild was done wrong and now has to be fixed all kinds of things wrong with my engine you think after 34days and almost $30,000 they would get it right. I will never deal with rush again has to be the worst company and the rudest they just don't care about the customer and their mechanics are a joke.
