Loved my experience here! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk receptionist who was very kind and accommodating. She offered me wine and took me to my first hair appointment. I got a haircut and a blow out which I LOVED! Then I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. My previous eyebrow experience was awful and I was nervous to get my eyebrows threaded since. Luckily Shireen was very patient and fixed my eyebrows which were a complete mess before. Since I loved my haircut and eyebrows I decided to book another appointment here for lash extensions. The lashes were amazing and lasted on me for over 4 weeks until the next refill.
This is my new favorite salon!

Wow. Too bad. Website says open Monday-Saturday. That's a lie. And DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. Got a confirmation but no one was there for my appt. only stylist onsite knew nothing about the online booking or website. Adjust my entire day for this appt. and no one available. Very upsetting.

Our stylist Charisma was amazing. She did great braids on my girls 5 and 7 and she was sweet and patient with them. I am definitely going back to her.

The owner, Kaye, was rude and insensitive!
While having a private consultation prior my cut and color, the owner opened the door to my suite and announced, "This door is to remain open!" A recent medical diagnosis and medication made me feel self conscious and had asked to speak privately to my stylist. I was shocked and my stylist embarrassed. When I asked to clarify my concerns with the owner she came and informed me in no uncertain terms of her policy! I tried to explain why and was stopped immediately. Angry at this point I pointed out that I was indeedpaying for this service and was told, " I pay her by the hour!" Wow!
Kaye, your professionalism is greatly lacking!!
