I am a long term occupant of my camper. On a hot day in June, the a/c suddenly quit working. I called Allen, explained the problem, described the model number of the a/c unit and he came out the next day and replaced it. He went on to say that this had been an undersized unit for the size of the camper and installed a slightly higher btu model. It has worked great ever since. Thanks, Allen!

We're vacationing in San Antonio & one of our AC units stopped working.We called San Antonio RV Parts & Repair and Allen came to our aid Immediately!!! He diagnosed the problem over the phone & sure enough He was right On . Thank You SARV !!!

Allen exemplifies customer service. I am new to the RV world. Allen not fixed the things that were off but he also took the time to check out all the important components like the furnace, water heater and stove, and all that without so much as a grimace about being asked to do more than he was originally asked to do.
