I train women only. I will travel to your home and bring all the equipment to you if needed. Prices range from $40-60 per session (1 hour) depending on distance traveled. Prices reductions offered for group (2 or more people) sessions. Exercise programs are customized based on your goals and health. Fitness assessments once a month also included.
