I recently hired Santex Roofing to replace my roof and it was a pleasurable experience. Alonso III came and gave me an estimate, explained all my options and made sure I understood everything. I called several times with questions and he was very informative and willing to answer all my questions as if it were the first time. He did not want me to have any doubts or concerns. Alonso Lopez Jr. (owner) also called me at the start of the job to make sure I understood the process and assure me they would do a good job. The crew was wonderful; Rolando, (crew Leader) Ivan and “tio” were awesome. They were on time and worked very hard. They were friendly and courteous. They kept the job site very clean and orderly. Throughout the process Alonso III checked in to see if everything was going ok or if I had any questions. He along with the crew put me at ease with their reassurance and exceptional commitment. I also had a follow up call from Alonso Jr. to see if I was satisfied and to thank me. I would highly recommend Santex Roofing. Once again thank you Alonso’s, Rolando, Ivan and Tio for making this an exceptionally pleasant experience. My roof looks wonderfully awesome!!! 

Waste of my time. Scheduled an appointment to have Santex take a look at my leaking roof. I spoke with them on the phone and they asked if my home was two story, and I told them it was. I scheduled a mid-day appointment with them that required me to take of work (I live 30 minutes from work). When I arrived at my home to meet Santex, I was told they couldn't work on my roof because it was a two story and the roof was too steep. I told them that the leak was on the one story section of my roof and they said it was too steep. My roof is not steep. It is a standard pitch roof (6/12), and the eaves are 12 ft off the ground. I don't know how these guys are able to work on any roof in San Antonio if my house was deemed to steep. I don't understand why they couldn't have told me about these requirements ahead of time so I didn't waste my time and fuel to drive home to meet them.

I am very staisfied with Santex Roofing. I have used them several times and the job gets done on a timely basis and very professional. I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing service and local San Antonio company, Ive had troubles with other roofing companies trying to jab me with pricing or never call me back.....with my antiquated roof tiles, I constatly have issues.
