Dr Sauer, has practiced dentistry for over 30 years and enjoys one-on-one time with his patients. He prefers to do all treatment including your cleaning, so he will be with you from day one. If you decide to visit Dr. Sauer's office "Family Dental Care", we are by appointment only and accepting new patients. (210) 647-4000. We are a three man team. Dr Sauer and his assistant Marina have been working together for 14 years. Erica runs the front office and answers the phones. Upon your first visit there will be initial paperwork to fill out. Any co-pay or deductible will be collected by the front office before your appointment starts. Marina, will walk you to our treatment area and Dr. Sauer will do your cleaning, exam, x-rays and treatment plan if needed. Upon completion of your initial cleaning and exam, you will stop by the front desk to set your next cleaning appointment or treatment appointment. We have a great team over at Dr. Sauer's "Family Dental Care". We look forward to meeting you! Our front office, will help make transition as easy as possible. Release of record may need to be obtained by previous dental office before dental records can be requested. * We can assist in requesting a copy of dental records to be transferred from a previous dentist through encrypted email or U.S. post office.
