I worked for the San Antonio Branch previously in Construction group (2013-2014). The working experience for me was awesome. My mileage always being reimbursed. There is a company study recourse website named 360 community. This website helped me a lot. If you got questions you can always post it there, other employees from the different branch will answer your question if they got time. What is more, you can always search if other employees got the similar questions as you as well. Besides that, I remember there are online courses that from the company website as well.

Very poor management in place currently they don't care about your growth and do not communicate to its employees at all. Training is non existent you must learn on your own and or find someone who is willing to teach you. Management wants you to do everything you can to not charge the company for mileage or tools or anything you need that will improve your performance. Strongly advice to not work in the San Antonio branch unless the old management is removed and new management is put in place that at the very least communicates with its team and gives them the tools to succeed at the job.
