Awful customer service, very sloppy. Sonic itself is a great franchise but this location in particular had the worst customer service during the evening shift. I went there with my fiance, waited a good 15 minutes for the person in front of us. I figured it was because they ordered large and I waited a bit longer. Then we had to wait another 10+ minutes for our order to finish and the waitress spilled our shakes over the tray. She said sorry and went back. My fiance was getting frustrated and I was growing impatient. Some of the customers behind us left and a gentleman came out with their order. He said, "Aw crap, did they leave?" I said, "Yeah, they did. Sorry buddy." The waitress finally returned with our order of chocolate shakes (they actually looked more like vanilla shakes) and spilled them over the tray a second time. She said, "I can remake these if you want." I just cringed and said, "No thanks." We ended up going to the McDonald's across from it for shakes and received what we wanted in much less time. If you want something sweet, by all means go to Sonic but stay away from this one on Bandera.
