Provided by YP.comNO STARS!!! Wow I sure wish I had read the other reviews before I took my kids here. We went to the Stone Oak location. It was horrible. First of all, I am a foster parent. I always took my foster children to ABCD pediatrics. They are wonderful. But as of Nov 2015, ABCD is no longer contracted with Medicaid, which leaves very few options for foster children. Unfortunately, most doctors no longer take Medicaid. That is another issue altogether. Just getting an appointment at STCPC is an ordeal itself. You call the appointment line and WAIT. Up to 30 minutes just to get a receptionist. The first time I called, the receptionist disconnected our call, after I had waited almost 30 minutes to get a live person. So I had to call back and WAIT again. You can supposedly make an appointment online but every time I have tried, the website is not working. The people who make the appointments are rude, the people who called me to tell me my children's PCP had not yet been changed by Medicaid were rude, the call center staff were rude. I called the call center the morning of my children's appointment to verify the Medicaid status, waited 20 minutes, then was told "this is only a call center, you have to leave a message with the office staff. " I told her I didn't want to leave a message, my appointment was in 2 hours and I wanted to speak to a live person in the office. She rudely told me "they are very busy, you have to leave a message." I hung up. The actual office visit was even worse. We waited over an hour in the waiting room for Dr Molly Salinas. Then she walked in and basically said it was our fault we were waiting, because they were "trying to sort out the Medicaid issue." Dr Salinas is one of the worst pediatricians I have ever seen. I am a pediatric nurse. She brushed off everything I tried to tell her about one of my medically fragile children, didn't make eye contact with us once, breezed through their extensive histories without asking any detailed questions, and when I requested a medication for one of the boys she told me I would have to make another appointment with her after we saw "the counselor." ??? This place was horrible. Children deserve better. Foster children deserve MUCH better. I got the feeling that she didn't care one bit about them, nor did the office staff. That they were brushing them off because they were "foster kids." But after reading all these reviews, I realize they treat everyone that way. Take your children elsewhere!! If you have insurance, go to ABCD Pediatrics. They are superb.

Provided by YPmobileI have been coming to this location since it's been opened and been seeing Dr Molley Salinas for over 22 years. She has been tending to my own children & she's continues to tend to my grand babies.

Provided by YP.comWorst office! The staff and doctors are rude! The wait time to be seen is ALWAYS over an hour. I have complained over and over, and they don't care!
They don't even deserve 1 star!

Provided by YP.comI was going to this clinic for the past 14 years and now I have switched. I agree with the review below. The past two years have been a complete nightmare. After three months I'm still trying to get my daughter's records transferred to my new pediatrician! How is this legal? How is this complying with state board ethics? I do not recommend this office to anyone.

Provided by YPmobileI've been attending this doctor office for approx 6 yrs. I loved them also in the beginning. You would be seen in a reasonable amount of time, everyone was nice and polite. Something has drastically changed. I would say maybe about 2yrs ago because since my son was born who is 2 now things seem to progressively get worst each visit or call I have to make. All of the techs I have dealt with were awesome. My kids Dr was Dr Salinas, I don't really have any negative comments per say about her its just recently my mom took my child to be seen since I had to work and when she told me all the medication that was prescribed I had questions. The first day I called no one called me back, the second day I called again they had her nurse call me back who was soooo rude it was unbelievable. I wanted to know why did son need three different inhalers and how did they differ, her response was maam you need to buy all of them! I then replied to her that was not my question, I wanted to know what was the reason for three different ones. Needless to say nothing was accomplished from that phone call because I hung up since she was rude and not answering the question.....Dr Hilliard is a JOKE she saw my daughter one Saturday since she was the doctor on duty, things seemed to go ok; however, when I realized the medication she prescribed was $800, even the pharmacist told me she didn't know why a doctor would do this especially considering I was self pay at the time. Also when I did research on medication there were HORRIBLE side effects and stated should not be given to a child my daughter's age. I called to ask if there were any alternatives and I wanted to know if the side effects were true that I read about. She would not get on the phone instead I could hear her in the background relaying the message back and forth through the tech. I totally understand Dr's are busy, however at some point there should be time when a moment can be taken out to handle certain issues or call patients back. It was more time wasted relaying the messages back and forth between me and the tech. I am actively looking for a better office!

Provided by YP.comI thought this office was great for the past three years but now I'm just disgusted. There office, there staff is by far the worst group of people I've ever had to deal with. They do not care about there patients they only care about money and when they screw you over and you talk to the supervisor he just says he won't help you even tho his staff are a bunch of idiots and messed things up for our family. When trying to explain the situation they did not listen and refused to admit they are in the wrong and when I finally got tired of them talking i asked them to shut it, they basically said they will not give me my own daughters information and hung up. Absolutely terrible location I do not recommend them. Because of them not having there stuff strait and them not taking calls or calling back and not giving me my daughter info she will not be attending the daycare we've been waiting for her to get in over a year. Terrible nurses, terrible front end, and terrible doctors. They do not care.

Provided by YP.comDr. Hillard seems to only care about money. She is very nice when I visit her office and pay money for her work. But when I see her outside of her office, she is very cold. She pretends she did not know me and my children (her regular patients) and walked right by us many times. I wish that she is truly a caring docor for her own patients.

Provided by YP.comI'm not really happy with Dr. Hillard. We have the relationship as a Doctor and a patients' guardian. Nobody should be either a suporior or a subordinate. She always acts like she is superior to me and I feel upset at her treatment toward me. As far as I'm concerned, I'm just her customer and she is not better than me.
I'm happy with other doctors and staff over there. They are polite, empathetic, and very professional.
