10/10. Entry level rider, no experienced and taught the ropes here. Excellent information, and great instructors. Funny as well

Upon searching the internet and reading reviews about the schools, I chose to go with Southwest Motorcycle Training. A commute of 70 miles to San Antonio a few extra miles further to SMT was a no brained considering all the poor reviews I've read about closer schools. There is enough BS in life, I'm not gonna consider paying someone for their BS.Lisa was my first point of contact and took care of me getting me registered for class, very nice, informative and helpful. Russell and Ian, the class instructors are very personable individuals with teaching skills that's admirable. These guys make you feel confident, relaxed and give each student instruction on what they did right and wrong and what they need to do to improve. I saw great improvement in my abilities as well as in others. In our class of 9, each of us were treated with dignity and respect equally. Safety and Control of the motorcycle is top priority and this is what you will learn. Great job, hats off to this trio team! On a side note, the not so important info, men's and women's restrooms in the classroom and a wide variety of dining facilities close by for lunch.

This was the second school I attended the first time around I didn't feel comfortable or confident because I feel like there was enough attention on a 1 on 1 level...at this school however I had fun and learned at the same time and got the 1 on 1 coaching I needed... I failed my first attempt at the test with the first school...at Southwest motorcycle training they coached me all the way through until the test of course but I ended up with best score in the class. would definitely recommend to anyone in the San Antonio area looking to Learn to ride safely and have fun
