This complex used to be great a year ago, but ever since it came under new management it has become awful. I mean terrible. Pest control never comes around anymore and the place is practically infested. There is no safety in the parking lot anymore. Someone attempted to break into our car several times and all the landlady did was close one of the gates off with a chain that was taken off every night by someone in the complex. Things stay broken for a very very long time now and let me tell you, just because they painted the buildings doesn't mean I didn't see the rotten siding they barely did anything about.



Before management change the tenants were all good, quiet, polite people. Afterwards, there was this influx of awful loud people who fight very loudly all the time and wander the complex until 3 or sometimes 4 in the morning talking very loudly. On several times, my girlfriend was harassed by drunken tenants or friends of tenants and when I brought it up to the office lady, she didn't seem at all concerned or bothered by it. On one occasion as we were driving into the parking lot we saw a tenant relieving himself in the parking lot.



The cops were there EVERY WEEK for one thing or another. Most of which, I'm thinking, was drug related. People from the neighborhood use the laundry facility often and many many times I've come down to find either hampers or clothes missing from my load. And still NOTHING WAS DONE.



We started to believe that the office lady was renting out to friends because we often saw her on the property after office hours. Not to mention you could hardly ever find her in the office during office hours and if you waited until the time the sign said she was supposed to be back she still wouldn't show. There were some occasions that as we were tired of waiting and leaving, we'd see her coming out of a tenants apartment.



The list goes on and on, but one thing is for sure, if you're thinking about moving, DON'T MOVE HERE. EVER. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT. Especially if you have children. I wouldn't trust any of those old drunken men as far as I could throw them.
