Formerly Stone Manor of Sonterra and just changed their name to Oxford at Sonterra due to screwing the residents so much they had to change their name. This is a nasty place to live in Stone Oak.



Do yourself a favor and move into one of the new complexes in the neighborhood. These old wrecks along with the old battle-axes that run the place will gauge you and harass you until the end of time.



Dog feces covered grounds, junk repairs with break/fix that are never fixes. I just posted a pic of my urine soaked wall. Staff uses bully tactics and will trump up fictitious charges when you move. I've filed numerous complaints with emails, voice mails and video. Run!



When you move, you will get nothing in return. They will add mystery fees, attack your credit report and then lie to Atty General and BBB with fake documentation.



Drive through the complex, look at the garages. They were built for a lawn mower. If you have pets, walk through the neighborhood, avoid the dog park like the plague and do not allow you pet to roam the premises.



Also, there are crack pipes on the lawn. Seriously. Walk around and take a look for yourself. Repulsive place to live.
