Taste of Malabar great tasting food comes with the courteous service. Every now and then we like having some curry and the special Indian dishes - Taste of Malabar is becoming our first choice. This place is great and very clean. We have tried other places in town but not as good. We love the malabar fish fry (we like it as appetizer though).Biryani here is the best. They offer Appam and malabar fish masala (yellow) curry combo which is outstanding. Masala Dosa and samoosa here are the best we found in town better than the one we were used to LA. My kids enjoy the mango + yogurt (lasi) drink here!!!. More importantly they've got my favorite Indian beer :-). I will be back soon.

We learned about this nice Indian plan from our friends who had gone there for dinner and lunch. We are hooked!. This placed opened only couple months back on De Zavala Rd (next the dance school&Rome's pizza place). Very clean!. We enjoyed all our dishes, especially the Chicken Curry, Aviyal(veg) and the fish masala which is a typical of the southern region in India.
