Don't call them. I was very specific that I needed help with bees. "Is it wasps or yellow jackets?" No, it's bees. Address: "Texas". Sure it's bees? "Yes, I'm sure." The guy shows up: "We don't do bees." Turns out Terminix in Texas (and some other states) doesn't do bees. Gee, you could have told me that four days ago and saved my having to take a day off work to be there during the service. (If I could give a negative star, that's the rating they would get from me.)
