First off just talking to them on the phone I could tell they took their job more seriously than others. I got cheaper quotes but they didn't have the professionalism Bluebonnet did. Moving day came and the called me beforehand to let me know they were coming. they asked if they could eat lunch first and I was ok with it. when they did show up they started to work right away and were extremely efficient. they were able to most most of my belongings from the first location in the 'attic' of the van.



We then went to my storage shed for the rest of my belongings. They were able to load up everything in no time. They took extra care to protect my furniture , mirrors etc.



When we got to my new residence, they unpacked my belongings quickly. They even put each item in the appropriate room it belonged in. They even set up my bed-frame for me. The defining moment was when I was when I didn't like the way the bedroom layout I initially chose looked. The mover offered to rearrange he entire room (bed-frame and two dressers) to see if I preferred it another way. He even offered to move it back to its original layout if I didn't like the rearranged look. WOW is all I can say. That is service above and beyond he call of duty!



My aunt will be moving soon and I will definitely recommend Blue bonnet movers to her.
