This room was a disaster. No toilet paper, no exhaust in bathroom, cigarette butts on the floor and the ice machine was right by the door. They advertised one price but gave us another. We will never stay at any other Relax Inn. The motel is a very bad example for the rest of the chain.

When I first arrived , I asked the lady for a daily rate . She was immediately rude and had an attitude. We bought the room and started to get settled in I had my 8 month old daughter with me as wellas my boyfriend when we were getting ready to go to sleep we noticed red circle bugs on the bed. My boyfriend recognize them to be bedbugs. I went to the office to tell management. The elderly lady with colored eyeswas very rude told me she could not do anything for me and she would not move us rooms. I wouldn't recommend them for anybody especially families with kids.
