I absolutely hate these apartments. As I am writing this review, myself and my two small pets are sitting in a hot apartment because the AC is broken again for the 4th time. Note, I have only lived in this dump since September of 2014. When I first moved in, there were roaches everywhere, my refrigerator is old and rusty, my sinks (both kitchen and restroom) were rusty, and both sinks were leaking! They could not pay me enough to say one nice thing about this ghetto complex. Seriously, they give people gift cards to come on here and lie, so don't believe any of the amazing reviews about this place. The manager Orlando is lazy and worthless. When my AC broke the 3rd time I asked to have him contact me and never have I received a phone call. I hate this place and would break my lease in a heartbeat if I didn't care about my credit. Please do not move here if you enjoy coming home to a cool, roach free home. You've been warned!
