This place has so much going for it, except for most of the residents. Gossipy, pinch-faced, not able to manage their nicotine and alcohol addictions spending way too much time in the patio and stinking up the place. Pets are banned for no good reason. There was a good manager, but they ran her off. Maintenance staff is lazy and dim-witted. The board is like the love child of the witches in Clash of the Titans and the characters in King of the Hill. Can't wait for some demographic turnover here.

If you have children whatever you do DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The president of the board and other residents are always yelling at the children for no reason. They will not let your kids be kids! These people have no lives they are always getting into your business and trying to boss your kids around. This is not the place for a family!
