This is the worst experience I have been through with having my hair done. I spent several years growing my hair and in one afternoon it was COMPLETELY RUINED! The treatment I received from the people who work there was horrendous and the cut was worse than I would have received if I had gone to someone who was a beginner in beauty school. I was treated with such disrespect and the lady was in such a rush that she wouldn't even listen to me when I mentioned that there was a big difference in the length on both sides. Instead of long hair, it is now above my shoulders which I NEVER REQUESTED! I would NOT recommend ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE!
