If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have new management here as of 2015 and have really taken a dive in the care of thier tenants. They treat you like a number, and when you have any questions they respond with negative attitude. The staff also is very inexperienced in the way they run the property. The place looks like trash all the time. They walk in to your aparmwnt whenever they want. There really is no privacy if that is something you are looking for. The maintenance here is the worst. My water that is supposed to be paid for by the apparments, goes out randomly without notice. They also never fix anything when you ask them to. If they do it will be much later when you have forgotten about your request to have something fixed. Sometimes even one to two months later. If your late just one day for rent, they treat you like a criminal. Everything about this place is bad. There are so many crimes here, with cars being broken into, and people breaking into your apparments and stealing your stuff. The Internet that they say is free is always down and they make you pay to get it fixed. The roomate matching is horrible. Everyone wants to party and destroy the place all the time, and you get held accountable if your roomate does somthing bad to the place since you live there too. If you need to study, good luck, this place has no peace. The people living around, you can hear the footsteps and the music and just random people talking. look somewhere else, trust me. It's not worth it to stay here. Just trying to save some people the future discomfort. If anyone puts something postive on here about the place, I would question it. You get what you pay for.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Maintenance takes forever to respond to the simplest things, staff is unprofessional and rude and they don't take residents serious.

This is the 2nd worst place to live after The Outpost... Staff barely cares about residents needs, apt is still dirty when you move in & maintenance takes weeks & sometimes even months to handle your request (took over a month for him to come fix my kitchen light) my dining room light has been burnt out for over 2months & shower head sprays water on the side since September
