The owners Jeanie Esckilson and Mark are horrible business owners, when it comes to customer service or just business they have no interests in resolving any issues or even returning phone calls. I couldn't even get the owner Jeanie to return any of my phone calls for 2 weeks (literally had to drive to the school and catch her) to pay for my official transcripts. She blew up on me stating, " I better not cry when the state sends my transcripts back and she would look for my transcripts when she feels like it" for NO REASON... she did this in front of her receptionist who claimed that this was a common problem when she deals with customers. I was completely shocked and speechless at her lack of care or commitment to helping me, since all she had to do was take my money and mail my transcripts. I highly suggest you avoid dealing with this school and highly recommended you tell your friends and family to do the same because these people are not professional in any sense.
