Ordered flowers online for a family members, everything went very smoothly and the order was very easy and successful. When they arrived it was exactly what i asked for. Very good service will more than likely use them again.

Exceptional customer service! Great open look of the store and quality product. My flowers lasted longer then I expected and the employees were exceptional. They were more then happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for while keeping it within my budget.

I came in late in the afternoon to order an arrangement for my daughter's birthday, I was planning on taking it with me and deliver it to her but the staff was so great, they said they would deliver the flowers to her office. She called me not even an hour later thanking me for the flowers. The staff was great, very helpful, beautiful arrangements in the cooler. Definitely my go to florist from now on!!

I am so appalled by the customer service THOUSAND OAKS FLORIST provided today. I went in to order get well flowers for my grandmother and I ask the receptionist for some prices she started telling me some but she kept checking her cell phone (looked as if she was texting). I asked her about some plants I guess I disturb her that she started giving me attitude.... I got aggravated so I said thank you and as I left she rolled her eyes....Very unprofessional. If you dont like your job you should not work there!!!! But as for the flowers their beautiful. I chose this flower shop because my husband bought me a dozen roses on valentines and they were so pretty!!!! But customer service is VERY POOR
