I would give them no stars if it was possible. We had the misfortune to be steered to this shop courtesy of AAA. It was a nightmare from the beginning. The owner took days to return calls and noone kept me informed of my vehicle on a timely basis. He did work OVER his estimate without getting prior approval. The owner was rude and difficult to have a conversation with. Both me and my husband tried working with him and neither of us could get past the BS he was spouting to get understand what was wrong with our vehicle. Apparently. he didn't know what was wrong. After 3 1/2 weeks of having our car twice (the first time I drove it away the engine light came back on and we had to return it to him) he didn't fix the problem and charged us $3100. We had AAA tow our car away from his garage to another. We have filed a complaint with AAA. I would NOT recommend him to my worst enemy. He may be ok for oil changes and tire rotations, but he cannot work on complicated issues.
