We dropped two tables off to sell on consignment. As the agreement required, I called exactly 90 days after dropping off the tables to see if they were sold. They couldn't find them and then later called back to say that they never reduced the price of them and to call back in 90 days to see if they were sold at the reduced price. I told them that I wanted them back if they didn't sell and not to donate them. I was told I would be called before they were donated. I wasn't called, so I called a week after the next 90 days, and again, they couldn't find one of the tables, and said the other one was dontated. The lady told me they were busy so she called me back a couple of days later to tell me the other table was .donated as well. I was really upset because I was going to give the tables to a friend and I don't believe they really donated the tables. I think they bring them to their other store sell them, and just tell you they "donated" them. Never bring your things here to sell!

This place is crap. They have lost my clothes, they have lost my friends clothes, and no telling how many other peoples clothes they claim to have "lost". I believe they don't lose anything, I believe they are stealing the clothes and selling them for more! You take very expensive items in there because that's all they accept, then they "lose" them or they sell them at a realllllly discounted price so you only make 2 or 3 dollars on something that was never worn, and still has the price tags on them. The sales people are rude, the cashier never knows what she's doing, the girls in the consignment room don't tag anything right away, or group anything with your name on them to identify what clothes are your and what clothes belong to the next person. They all have their heads up their @$$, they don't give you a receipt when you drop things off, or give you an itemized statement of any kind. They take things that they like and they don't take things that really will sell. They are young girls that have zero knowledge about fashion or the cost of anything. I think this place is the biggest rip off. Take my advice and don't take your good things here. Beware of all the overpriced junk, that is covered in dust and smelly. It smells like a Goodwill when you walk in. AND no one gives a care in the world when your things come up lost or stolen! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

This used to be the 'in place'...

This used to be the 'in place' to take your gently used clothes, but you do better getting a Donor Tax Receipt from Goodwill to use on your income tax.

Their 'policy' is to continue to discount the clothes every week until they sell. So

you only get a few dollars, if any, on items. I even notified them once that I wanted to pick up my things before my contract ended & they couldn't locate them - They said they are not responsible for theft and would not pay the tag price on the missing items. Read your contract!

I also consigned some items and went to look for them about 10 days before the contract expired. They could not be found. I was told they were probably sold & I would receive payment. (I believed them) Well, the payment on these items was never received & I was told when I called back that their records showed they did not sell and were given to charity. (Maybe it's employee theft.?) I had to eat my loss.

My second time I tried to buy a chair, and the manager said it was just received & was not priced yet. I left my name & number with the manager and was ready to leave a small check as a deposit, but she said it was not necessary. When I called back later said the chair was sold and was rather rude. Now I'm really upset, and would not recommend consigning.
