I came in to get a portrait of a Joker done, and was highly pleased. Without a doubt the best tattoo shop I've ever seen, and the artists love to have fun with the tattoos. My wife so got one the same day and was in love with it. Best shop in texas by far

For it being my first tattoo I was really nervous but angel made me feel really calm and relaxed he was talking to me through out the session so I wouldn't focus on the pain... My tattoo came out better then I could ever Imagine it made me tear up it was so beautiful! Thank you angel I keep recommending twisted tattoos to ALL my friends

Had a horrible experience here. Went in for a piercing and my piercer was Sylvia. She wasn't friendly at all and seemed very rushed. I was surprised with the horrible customer service as the only reason I picked this place was because of the excellent reviews. I had a problem with my piercing and went back the next day to get some help, like it says on the receipt!! And her response was even worse. She seemed so annoyed like it was such a hassle to help me. Her tone was extremely rude and condescending. The other employees just sat there and watched as she continued her extremely unprofessional behavior and said nothing, I left in the worst mood. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone for piercings. Go someplace else and spend a little more money but at least you will get good quality service and not feel uneasy during the entire process.

The place is clean and the staff is amazing. My tat was done by Mr. james, the owner himself. His hands are really light and I was comfy the whole time. Great experience for my first tattoo. Will have my next one here again

My husband and I came into this shop TWICE to get work done. We were sent away BOTH times. Why? Because these people DO NOT honor their own specials that the post on their own FACEBOOK page and through their TEXT MEASAGE DEALS. That is how they do business, they get us in there with their false advertisements and then send us away saying and I quote "we will not honor the text message nor Facebook deals". I will write a bad review for every website I can find. People need to know the truth about this place!

the best prices in town, big shop, friendly artists. the best tattoo experience you will ever have. took my kids in there with me, they watched cartoons and played in the play room while i got tattooed. wonderful environment
