Very poor attitude and lack of customers service stay on hold for 45 mins and everytime your in the location nobody seems to care it's like they are just there for the paycheck it's sad

I have been in business for quite a while now, shipped out hundreds of packages. shipped out of many USPS facilities. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism as I did with this location off of Clark Avenue in San Antonio Texas. I received my first negative feedback due to customer complaining about damaged packaging and I know I did not ship it damaged. I have complained multiple times about this particular location and it appears that nothing changes. now I have to deal with the package that was shipped to California that should have went to Louisiana, and another package that mysteriously disappeared and I know I dropped it off over a week ago. if you are serious about the well being of your packages do not go to this location to ship your packages. go to any other USPS facility because this location is the worst in San Antonio!
