It has nice reviews cause management gives you $100 off for a review! Don't be fooled. We have been here for 6 mo & can't wait to move. The place is filthy, there is trash everywhere. My dog cut her paw with a glass bottle, but it shouldn't surprise you, they are all over! Parking is a hassle after 9pm, ppl have to park on the sidewalk or a dark alley (where I parked 2 days ago & my car got broken into). They promised a dog park since July, 7 months later there is none. Furniture looks nice at first, but 6 months later, its falling apart.

Yeah, the gym is nice and so is the club house, but you can get more bang for your buck somewhere else. Look around! Being this uncomfortable in your own home is not worth it.

Luxury, high quality living that is conveniently located right by 1604 and I-10. The customer service is amazing with a friendly staff that goes above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone. The application process is simple and quick. I am happy to call myself a resident at this beautiful and luxury apartment complex
