Volare Pizza is one of the first family own pizzerias in San Antonio Texas. Volare on Broadway has been there for over 30 years. Antonio Sorgente became an owner of Volare Pizza over 15 years ago, and with that he brought his home town recipes. Antonio is originally from Naples, Italy and his passion is the flavor of good home Italian Cooking. Eder Muniz became Antonio’s pupil in the Kitchen teaching him to be a pizzaiolo. Antonio and Eder are joining efforts and opening a second location in a Historic building in the Olmos old pharmacy which will stand as their main location.
