This Walmart has horribly customer service. I put a tv on layway and when i opened it at home and it was broken,i called them and told them what happen to the tv and they told me they had two more like the one i had bought so i want back and they had me waiting for an hour before the told me they did not have the tv and i that they could look up other walmart at had the same tv i wanted and i ask if they couldCall them and ask for me and the one ugly blond headed manager with them ugly furry boots and all that make-up man she should' not( be a manager she dose not look like she no whats she is doing . So i had to call a few walmart and found another one and toldt hem to give me my money back. I hate this walmart worst customer service ever!!!

This place is unbelievable. Had appointment schedule for early morning when open. Doctor came in an did not see me until 40 mins later. First of all, gave me wrong quote on contacts and glasses. Charge 40.00 more at check out, but remember I called and asked what the cost was for contacts and glasses. Script did not change, but Dr. put .75 higher in one eye than the other. Walked around store everything was blurry. Ask him if the script did not change, just fit me with the original contacts, guess what, did not have them. He asked me if I had my old contacts, and I explained that I disposed of them. I explained when I paid for a contact exam they I expected to go home with a pair of contacts. Disorganized, worst customer service I have seen. Saw the review, thought maybe they had a bad day, but TOO expense to have this type of customer service. I would be out of business if I treated my customer like this. Took 2 hours for exam.

Worst customer service ever. The ladies just stare at you with a blank face ! Arabians took over. I used to go when the black male optical doctor was there now it's run by idiotic Arabians who can care less about helping you out. NEVER going back & calling customer service as well as letting my friends& relatives know to never go there !!
