If I could give a zero I would. Horrible experience here. Terrible staff. Terrible new Woodlark management. Terrible apartments. Raised rates for the apartments and it is definitely not worth it. They say if we want better stuff we need to pay more. I don't agree, if the apartment is not worth what I am paying now I am not going to pay more money so we can "possibly" get improvements. INVEST in your property. The gym does not have all working equipment so its useless. They thought they could paint the outside and make it look better, but that does not change the worth of the complex. The property in general needs A LOT of updates like appliances (my fridge continues to leak no matter how often they fix it), my sink continues to leak (they have fixed it twice already and it started to leak again). I have lived here for over 2 years and things just continue to get worse. I only stayed because my rate dropped to $495, but now they are raising it to above $570 which is NOT worth it.
