I hope this message gets to the right place. I would like to tell you about my experience with your service department. I received a letter from Kia USA about an update to my 2015 Kia. I decided to take it to your dealership because its near my home. Walking into the service department I was greeted by one of your associates and immediately felt great about stopping in. My service advisor was Lindsey. I can't say enough about her professionalism and manner. She really is a gem and I hope you appreciate her. If all your associates conduct themselves like her you are going to be very successful. Let me assure you that by this one person going above and beyond all my future car purchases will be with your location. I would like to thank you again and please tell Lindsey she made my day much brighter.

Superb customer service and extremely fast despite us being a walk-in. AMAZING service and I HIGHLY recommend this location. I had called a different WCK location before going to WCKNorth and the communication from them was what made me decide on WCKNorth. I definitely am very pleased that I went there! The time from when I arrived for pickup through the checkout process was the fastest I have ever experienced with any dealership service. GREAT JOB! And THANK YOU!

Tommy is the best. My family have gotten 3 cars from Kia and Tommy has always been helpful. He makes us feel like family. Tommy is honest, cut the chase yet very helpful. He makes the whole buying experience less stressful. We told him what we wanted and he delivered, have yet to be disappointed. I'm definitely seeing him in the next few months. Highly recommended!

I brought my car in yesterday to fix the USB port, only to find out that it's not meant for charging but for music! The service women were fast, friendly, offered popcorn, snacks and drinks! I didn't have an appointment, but was in and out in no time! They did the once over, let me know of a few minor things that need doing and I was on my way! Very nice!

We bought four cars from this dealership. After a car accident, they offered to "oversee" the work. After two months, we still did not have our car, and the service manager treated us like criminals. Never again!
