Provided by YPmobileThieves thieves thieves! Took an expensive Echo brand weed eater in for repair. Running sluggish. A carburetor kit and new fuel lines would've done the trick. When picked up, one of the thieves said the motor was fried. Upon further inspection, I noticed there had been parts replied with used parts from another weed eater of a different model! Parts didn't match or line up with each other and the throttle trigger could not be depressed because either the cable is shorter or the foreign parts "rig" now call for a longer cable. I own two Echos of same model and was able to compare and catch the theft that these thieves, apparently, do while the doors to their shady operation are open.

Provided by YP.comI wish I had read the reviews before I went to this place. They are listed as an Authorized Toro Service Dealer on the Toro website. I took them my broken down Toro lawnmower that I bought 6 months ago after reading the instructional manual which says to bring the product and proof of purchase (receipt) to the Service Dealer (PERIOD!). These guys (as several of them were talking to me), in short, kept telling me that if I hadn't registered the lawnmower, the warranty didn't apply. I tried several times to show them the Toro manual. They didn't want to look at it. I later read the registration card they referred to and it states FAILURE TO REGISTER DOES NOT DIMINISH YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS. I called the Toro home office and they said I was right and apologized. Referred me to a "Real Service Dealer".

Provided by YPmobileFrom the moment I first called, I knew the service was going to be bad. Their tone and attitude suggested that you were bothering them by giving them business. I dropped off my lawn mower because I was desperate to get it fixed. They said it would be ready in 10 days. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks I called the. And asked about the mower. They still hadn't even looked at it and said they would call me. The next day they called me and said it would be readt the following day but of course they never called me. 3 weeks later it still isn't ready and every time I call, they are so incompetent and inept and rude. Please do yourself a favor and look around and find someone else. I couldn't imagine any worse service than this

Provided by YP.comDrop off my brand new lawnmower for a small service issue was told it would cost $18 to untangle the rope, went back to pick it up and got charged for an oil change, new air filter, new spring, and blade sharpening, spoke to the mechanic that worked on my lawnmower and he said he didn't even do any of that. The lawnmower was BRAND NEW! 3 words for this location, SCAMMERS, LIERS AND CROOKS.
We have many satisfied customers throughout the past 25 years and certainly would not be around if we were what was just said of us. Many people buy their machines from a big box store and blame everyone else but themselves when they are in need of a service. If the machine was new then why was it not taken back to the original outlet bought. If a rope was only tangled then why not untangle it and save all of us the grief and time of your misfortune. If we did charge you $18 it wasn't enough. We are happy to perform warranty work when we can be reimbursed from the manufacturer due to a defect in materials or workmanship but when isn't leaves us no choice but to charge a fee that is reasonable and right. $18 is a bargain if that is what it took to repair this machine.
