Fried chicken pieces were meaty but varied greatly in size / drumsticks were small. Breading was sufficiently crunchy but not as crunchy as Church's. Jambalaya (which by recipe can have chicken, sausage, shrimp, bell pepper, onion, and celery) looked like Spanish rice with no veggies and only scant few tidbits of dried up chicken scraps, mostly gristle, and was a disappointment. Cajun flavors were good and overall, a nice change of pace from standard fast food chicken.
