Please trust me when I say that Al is an orthopedic shoe repair expert!!! I have been needing his talent for at least 13 years!! Before Al, the shop was Lil Joe's and I used him until he sold to Al....his front counted lady did not tell me that Al was opening and I ended up in Redlands for an orthopedic repair need and wow was that a very bad experience. I wear out the shoes before the work that Al does wears, Al is the very best at what he does...Orthopedic Shoe Repair!!! I truly recommed Al's work to anyone in need of serious orthopedic work!!! Yes, there are times that Al does not finish the job on the date given, but please just call first...easy price to pay for his dedication to detail of orthopedic work!!!!! Airborne! HN

I've had my daughter's shoes worked on here every year for the past twelve years. I've never had problems and am always pleased with the results. I think I've had one time when the shoes were not finished on time.

Not ready when promised . Had to return three times. Work was satisfactory but not happy with return visits.

Poor workmanship, bad customer service, high prices. Al does not do good work and he is rude and does not care about customer service. His work is shoddy and he even ruined a couple of expensive leather handbags.

Absolutely the best custom shoe and orthotic maker in the business. This business was orignally called Joe's Shoes. Joe Sr started the business and trained his son, Joe Jr. The current owner of the business, Al Robles, is their apprentice. He has two generations of knowlege and experience under his belt. I highly recommend him if you have problems with your feet.
