Provided by YPmobileWow,I really should have read the reviews before wasting my time and money at Bobby's Appliances. I purchased a gas stove from this company and they said it's in good working condition and I took their word as gold. That was my first mistake, I should have checked the stove to make sure it worked prior to paying in full. I requested same day delivery and they agreed and said they would by at my door in one hour. They took two hours and when I spoke to a person on the phone they rushed me of the phone. When the stove did finally arrive my second mistake was to not plug it in when the son of the owner was there. I plugged the stove in and it tripped the power box to my entire house. I called Bobby's Appliances and requested they fix the stove or give a full refund for my lost time and gas going to their store. The owner got shocked when he heard REFUND. He said there are no refund but he can send someone out in two day's to check and fix the problem. Personally I would rather get my money back and run as far away from their store but that was not possible. I strongly advise anyone looking to purchase an appliance to look elsewhere. This store is not worth your hard earned money and valuable time. I regret this decision 100%

Provided by YP.comThey sell old stuff and half of it doesn't work properly. The stackable washer worked but everything came out full of lint! RICO had no answer for me and said that we just had watch what we put into the washer. What kind of washer can only wash certain close? A busted one! I would recommend sending a little extra money and buying brand new appliances from someone you can trust!

Provided by YPmobileI guess im not the only one they have sold something that doesnt work ..I bought a fridge nd it never cooled its been a month already nd they send someone To fix it but it still doesnt work its not fair how they take advantage of people im a single mother of 2 kids nd i work so hard to provide necessary stuff for our home and these people just sell things that dont work we should all report them they have the worst service

Provided by YP.comDO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! We bought a refrigerator and filter for the ice maker and the ice maker did not work. Water spouted out of it like a fountain everywhere.
We called the owner, Rigo and he told us the ice maker was not a part of the refrigerator, was not included in the price and was not a part of the 90 day guarantee, and there were no refunds, returns/exchanges. This was after we were up sold on the ice maker, after we bought the refrigerator, after the refrigerator had been delivered to our house, after we asked how to hook the ice maker up!
WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN AND WE WILL ADVICE ALL OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO SHOP HERE EITHER!

Provided by YP.comDon't waste your time there , they have lousy customer service and there appliance's dont work but only for a few weeks until it breaks down and you have to call them out to fix the problem when they dont do nothing but just check it but don't fix the actual problem then they tell you something totally different like example for me it was the hose that leads to the main pipe out side thats why my washer was'nt working properly so i went and got another oppinion and they told me it was the water pressure valve that needs to be replace and thinking i still have the three month warranty on it i shouldnt have to pay to have it fix, but they used another excuse that since i didnt have my reciept on the washer they couldnt come out to fix it but i told them i have my bank statement stating i bought it from them so that was my proof , it shows the date and name of the place , but the help there is lousy and so rude especially the guy name arturo and adrian who are the repair men that work there so now im gonna have to take them to small claims

Provided by YP.comI first bought fom Bobby's when i bo;;ught my new home in 2004. I furnished the entire home frm kitchen to laundry and even outside. 100% satisfied
In addition, two of my children have purchase appliances from him and gour friends and their famlies. so far, over the years, everyone i have sent there to buy are 100% satisfied. The fridge did stop freezing after a couple years and within 24 hours after calling it was repaired.
some of the comments i have read appear to be from persons who expect everything to be exactly as if the items cost full price from a department store or elsewhere. For used items, i feel i received much more than the amount of money i have spent. Between friends and myself we have purchased well over 30 items and all 100% great

Provided by YP.comI recently bought a stove from bobbys appliances, the stove was very nice and me and my fiance didnt have alot of money and were desparately needed a stove. An hour after delivery the stove began to beep constantly (once every second) and the only way to stop it was to unplug it. We called the store so they sent a technician (3 days later) who said the computer on it was defective and he would have to send it to a lab but he couldn't get it done that day. So two technicians and a week and a half later we decided just to trade for another stove at the store. The replacement stove didn't turn on and after a few words with the delivery guy and one of the store owners i was told i wouldn't get a refund so i decided i would have to go down and talk to the owner in person. At that time i noticed the delivery guy trying to take both stoves which he said his boss told him to do. I than made it very clear to him my intentions if he would leave my house with either stove while i was gone talking to his boss. As i showed up at the store i noticed their to be what looked like maybe some of the neighborhood thugs just standing around. But being as upset as i was i dindn't let that stop me from speaking my mind. I was given a full refund but i think if i were not as aggresive as i was i would have been robbed.
The customer service was horrible.
Appliances are not tested before sold.
I would not reccomend anyone to buy from bobbys appliances.

USED BUT WORK LIKE NEW APPLIANCES, ALWAYS KEEP THERE WORD IN PICK UPS, DELIVERYS, AND JOBS.ALL THERE WORKERS ARE PALITE AND TREAT YOU HOW A CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSE TO BE TREATED. ALSO THERE APPPLIANCES ARE IN GREAT CONDITION AND COME WITH A 3 MOTH WARRENTY. Provided by YP.comIf you are lucky enough to only have to deal with them once, everything might be okay. Unfortunately, the appliance that I bought from them needed repairs (which I feel should have been found before selling the appliance). The technician kept coming to our house without ever really fixing the problem, they schedule appointments that they are unable to keep and never call! We had to call them to remind them that somebody was supposed to come out because we were sitting at home waiting and they would reschedule it a couple of days later and do the same thing! If I would have known that this was going to be the outcome, I would have never bought the appliance and I do not recommend Bobby's Appliances to anyone else either!
