They reprocessed my car back in 2013 and never released the vehicle out of my name and then all of sudden I got my state refund garnished for unpaid registration fees. Its been 3 yrs since i had the vehicle. Luckily I had proof of repo and will be getting my money back.

This company will cash your check and "lose" your paperwork, causing you to have to reset your court date. They will not refund your payment to them. You will be lied to regarding your case, and insulted if you question their ethics. This outfit is truly a scam! When I used another process server, they said that this behavior was not unusual for this particular company.
