I believe that the staff here was excellent in service. I was never discouraged always encouraged. I was given realistic expectations of what to expect during the surgery. They prepared me well mentally for what was to come. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping me along this journey. I have been receiving care for the last 6 months. Even if I had missed an appointment they still worked with me to get me scheduled within the same day or the same week. Really one of the best medical providers A bariatric patient can ask for. Thank you so much Western bariatric.

I am very happy with my experience, Bri was so much help to me and Brooke was awesome. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Would like to have had before pics and during pic taken. Maybe even a body scan. It's so important to remember where you were...staff before surgery was excellent. So helpful with the insurance approval and making sure you know the procedure you are having. I loved the meeting with the nurse. She answered a lot of questions and concerns.

They explained everything i needed to know thoroughly. Asked me if i had any questions more than once and when i did ask, they thoroughly explained it. I feel thoroughly informed about all i need to know.

The doctor was friendly and very involved. Kept eye contact and was very professional. Answered all questions that I had and kept me informed.

Everything moving forward as expected. Staff is very helpful, friendly and polite and willing to accommodate any need i have.

I attended seminar and have been excited ever since, new patient coordinator was amazing I am bad with names but she has short hair she took the time to explain to me the process which i was clueless about great staff.

I am very happy with my experience so far Briana I believe is her name very helpful and kind straight to the point I am excited for my journey, also i had my consult today with Brooke and she was amazing I definitely got all my questions answered and i feel much better i cant wait.

Pa Brook was very informative. She explained everything to me and she answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the success rate for the sleeve surgery.

I really liked the staff they are very helpful and answered my questions, I really want to lose weight and i know that this will help me and i am truly greatful.

My consultation experiences were great. The staff a very friendly and have a lot of energy. They explained in detail what to expect so my questions were minimal.

They are very detailed and explain everything step by step. They make you feel very comfortable and relaxed if nervous.

Have not had surgery as of yet. But my visits with the girls are always wonderful. They go over everything and are very knowledgeable.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful and i left today with a lot more knowledge then i came with and again the staff is amazing

I had a horrible surgery at UCI medical center in Irvine by Joseph Niam. I went down to 70lbs. I was very sick. Dr Krahn and Dr Chin literally gave me my life back. They have always took such wonderful care of me.
I just had my panelectomy done by them and it looks great !!!

The staff are very friendly and informative. They make you feel very comfortable which i liked very much.

Doctor Krahn was very polite and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. He made my experience very good.
