I had Ohans fix my wife's engagement ring because the Diamond center stone prong broke off. My wife was freaking out because she didn't want to lose her diamond. I brought it into Ohans to take a look to see if he can fix it and he said that he can take care of it no problem at all. I returned to pick it up and it turned out way better than I thought possible. He not only fixed the broken prong, but he also cleaned it up and polished it to make it look brand new again.

First time going there, I took in my wedding ring because it looked like the prong for my diamond had something wrong with it. I did not want it to fall out so I took it in to the Fast Fix Watch and Jewelry Repair in the Inland Center Mall. They said no problem and that it would be done in 2 hours. I came back in 2 hours and they gave it to me and it looked new again. They repaired my diamond prong, then polished it as well. it looks as good as new again.

The two previous reviews were written by employees no doubt. I went in to get my glass faceplate replaced. $ 25.00 to replace , but I enjoyed the watch so I said OK. When I picked up the watch I was charged an extra $5.00 for " hand realignment" which was not part of the original estimate. When the watch was ready I was told that the battery was dead and it needed a cleaning. I replaced the battery last month . It was a very inexpensive watch and if I had agreed to the new charges I could have bought a new watch. The obvious upsell was so obvious on UNECESSARY ISSUES that they lost all future business.
