Provided by YP.comWife and I went in to order burgers & fries about 2:30 pm. We decided on their burger combo and conveyed that to an older counter female who could hardly speak English. I asked what was included in the burger combo and she began to enumerate the items on the burger (lettuce, tomato, onions, etc.). It took her some time to understand what I was asking. During the time we were waiting on our order we heard nothing but Spanish being spoken (rude!!) by the employees to each other. There were also no whites working in the establishment. A little unbalanced ethnically. They continued talking while we waited on our food for over 10 minutes. When we observed no cooking taking place we wondered if our order had been forgotten. As we stared at the servers and cooks, who continued to talk Spanish, one of the female servers noticed our stares and looked around puzzled at what we were staring at. She finally noticed two plates of food that had been sitting on the food prep counter for some time. She picked them up and brought them to us. I touched the fries and noticed the French fries were stone cold. I picked up the top bun and also noticed that the grease on the hamburger had congealed and was cold as well. I told the server we wanted the entire meal cooked over. This is the really good part. They took the already cooked French fried and dumped them back in the grease. They took the patties off the burgers and reheated them on the grill. When we got the meal (about 1 minute) the buns on the hamburgers were soggy and the French fries were as hard as rocks. I can say, without reservation, this was the most pathetic meal I've ever had. These are the same individuals who are seeking a living wage in an entry level job. What a joke. If this is the kind of service they offer they don't even deserve what they're getting now!!
