Dr. Buhay is the Best! She just happens to have the worst staff!
The person who answered the line was "Ruth" is very rude! She scolded me on the Date of my Refill, that I was calling too early!
My doctor advised me to call 3-5 business days ahead!
She also told me, "...and Don't keep calling!" ???
Here's a resolution! Follow up & call patients back when ready!
I requested a Manager call back bc there was No Record of my request!
I called Today to check on my my Refill & "Ruth" said there was no request from yesterday!
I demanded the Manager!
I get "Jeanette" the Manager! I asked why no callback she said she was busy...
I recapped the situation with my Refill bc the girl, Ruth said it was the 29th and my prescription is the 25th of each month, I received the prescription on the 22nd & it was written all over it, "Do Not Refill until the 25th" and Jeanette argued with me & didn't allow me to complete not one sentence saying I was refilled on the 29th!
I kept a copy of the prescription "Do Not Refill until the 25th" causing much anxiety!
Then Jeanette said it was their error bc they wrote two prescriptions!
These errors should be transparent to the patients!
It's Open Enrollment time...
Dr. Buhay has No Idea she is losing business bc of these angry women!
I feel Jeanette, the Manager is coaching the telephone staff, Ruth, to question & intimidate Dr. Buhays patients!
I now need to make an Appt with Dr. Buhay just so I can speak with Dr. Buhay & advise of this situation bc I am going through this rudeness every month!
Ruth & Jeanette (& any one else)
I feel so disrespected right now!
That Ruth girl told me Today that the doctor is out of the office & cannot write my Refill!
Jeanette dominated the conversation, repeating herself when she should have been listening!
NOTHING JUSTIFIES BEING RUDE TO YOUR PATIENTS!
JEANNETTE HUNG UP ON ME!!
I used no profanity!
She talked all over me, repeating herself!
More training is necessary!!

Provided by YPmobileThis is awful place the urgent care doctor is horrible and non educated. I went to this urgent care twice and both horrible experience.my son had a bad ear ache and the only doctor in the clinic had a emergency call and left. So I ended up at the Dr. Then second time I went for myself for knee pain. Same doctor was there waited for 4hours then he told me it was a cramp from my thigh to my knee causing the pain. So I went to st Bernardino urgent care for a second opinion turns out I had a tear in my Dr knee tendon. He stated he wasn't experience in joints and knees and he kept telling the Nurse he had to leave he had something to do. Never will I go again. I will never recommend this place to anyone
