What can i say? Its too bad i cant give them 0 stars. They are so unprofessional and rude when you go to the office, they dont even acknowledge you. They take forever for maintance & hire the most unprofesisonal people. One guy brought his girlfriend to fix the light switch! the plumber made things worse & if then when you call them to schedule something theor response is ALWAYS "well i have to see if something is available in your area" with all rudeness. then u ask for a specific time you'll be home & then an hour later you get a phone call saying "we sent someone to your home but no one answered and you didnt pick up your phone" like its my fault you send someone to my home out of nowhere when i specifically said i was NOT going to be home! Schidler is so horrible we were going to break the lease because we asked them in april/may to fix the cooler and they didnt until september when it started cooling off! and only because we threatened to break the lease. They dont solve any issues, so rude, so unprofessional and just have the worst attitudes. Please stay away. I wish we would have broken the lease when we had the chance, now we're stuck until may =/
