HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE terrible service, they do not have the skills necessary and have NO way to contact corporate office except by Instant Message no way to call or any customer service WEEKS to get a part in WEEKS to repair horrible service look at yelp and other in Riverside itis also horrible so its obviously their training is called the Tech Center...STAY AWAY

its incorporated out of Dana Point called Repairs World...Dana Gavin Jordon. Ugh stay far away. really only understand basic tech use 90's instant messaging service for contacting corporate, shipping horribly slow and parts WAY too expensive.
