Not a place to have links added to a watch. Charged full price for job they could not finish. A pin would have to be ordered and cost $18 just for the pin. Went to a jeweler in Redlands and he made a pin and a link was added for the same price. Pay a jeweler that knows their craft instead of people who are not experts so you won't have to pay twice. Also, two employees were gossiping about another employee while I waited. One of them was working on my watch and kept stopping to answer. I finally had to get them to pay attention to me. It didn't last long because they started talking again and not working. Very bad customer service.
